A young and blooming venture in London, Ontario.

Donna Atkinson-Wilson, founder of "Keeping Kids Warm", is about to realize her dream.

Donna is now heading "Keeping Kids Warm" to provide hand-knitted items (hats, scarves, mittens, slippers, etc...) for kids she first met at the "Streetlight Bus" when working as a volunteer.

Now, with the support of local media like The London Free Press, New Day, and The Londoner, the word has spread like wildfire and Donna's phone is ringing every day with people offering support, wool, material, equipment, etc...

Today, Donna co-ordinates as many as 70 volunteers willing to knit at home.

You can join other experienced knitters and use your skills to knit for our street kids. The items will be distributed by Cross Zone, Youth Action Center, and StreetLight to youth as needed. Wool donations gratefully accepted.

"Keeping Kids Warm" needs your help!
